Mountain Forge brings The Heallist Foundation's mission to life through sports and recreation. We help young athletes build the confidence and habits that carry them long after the season ends.
Young athletes need more than technique. They need strong bodies, steady minds, and adults who believe in them. Through coaching, training, and the relationships built along the way, we give them tools that last.
Building strong bodies through age-appropriate training, technique, and conditioning designed for growing athletes.
Teaching focus, confidence, resilience, and how to navigate adversity both in competition and in life.
Helping athletes understand how food fuels performance, recovery, growth, and overall health.
Developing healthy habits through mobility, movement, sleep, and recovery practices that support long-term well-being.
A team environment where athletes support one another and coaches are invested in who they become, not just how they compete.
National-level coaches, pro athletes, and our Mountain Forge team built a two-day clinic that paired athletics with mindfulness, training the body and the mind together at Northampton Community College on June 27 and 28.
The Heallist Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, created Mountain Forge to make whole-person wellness accessible to Pennsylvania youth through sports.
We build athletic programs, host clinics, and train the adults in our children's lives. Scholarships from our donors and sponsors keep these programs within reach, so cost is never the reason a young athlete misses out.
