Sunday, November 22, 2026 · Northampton Community College, Pocono Campus

A full day on the mat with Helen Maroulis, the first American woman to win Olympic gold in wrestling, joined by Brazel Marquez, head women’s wrestling coach at Lehigh University and the 2025 USA Wrestling Women’s Freestyle Coach of the Year. Built for girls ages 8 and older with at least one year of experience, with a parallel workshop for parents.

Part of our mindset, nutrition, and recovery series. Fueling a growing athlete, sports as a college pathway, confidence without pressure, and managing their nervous system and yours. Open to any parent of a young athlete, girls program or boys, whether or not your child is registered for the clinic.
