How Mountain Forge and The Heallist Foundation collect, use, and protect information across our website and programs.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Mountain Forge is a wrestling program of The Heallist Foundation, and we respect the privacy of the families we serve.
This policy explains what information we collect across our website and programs, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because our clubs are built for young athletes, protecting the information of minors and their families is a responsibility we take seriously.
Mountain Forge and its wrestling clubs are operated by The Heallist Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 99-3541762). When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to The Heallist Foundation and the Mountain Forge programs it operates. You can reach us any time at info@theheallistfoundation.com or by mail at 1341 Cerise Way, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
This policy applies to the Mountain Forge website at mountainforgeusa.org and to our club pages and standalone club sites, including The Mat, Alpha Dawgz, and Alpha Girlz. It also covers the registration, communication, donation, and event tools we use to run these programs. Wherever a club has its own page or site, this single policy governs it, so families see the same commitments across all of our pages.
When you register an athlete, create an account, contact us, make a donation, or sign up for updates, we may collect:
When you visit our website, we may collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, general location, pages viewed, and referring links. This is gathered through cookies and similar tools to help the site work and to understand how it is used.

Our programs are designed for minors, and we collect information about young athletes from a parent or guardian, or with parental permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 online without a parent or guardian's involvement, in keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent or guardian may review the information we hold about their child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us at the email above.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run our programs, including with:
These third parties handle information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of WrestlingIQ, Givebutter, USA Wrestling, and any payment provider used at checkout.
When you make a gift, it is processed through Givebutter, our donation platform. Givebutter collects the information needed to complete your donation and handles it under its own privacy policy. We receive donor details such as name, contact information, and gift amount so we can acknowledge your support and meet our record-keeping and tax obligations.
We may photograph or record athletes at practices, clinics, and events, and we may use that media to promote our programs on our website, social media, and printed materials. If you prefer that your athlete's image not be used in promotional materials, let us know in writing at info@theheallistfoundation.com and we will honor that request going forward.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure how it is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Turning off cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to run our programs, maintain records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your athlete. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Some records, such as those tied to payments or waivers, may be retained where the law requires.
Our website and communications may link to outside sites, such as our registration platform or donation tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above and post the updated version here. Continued use of our programs or website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
